Our dogs will often have a transition period of 3-4 weeks after leaving the shelter and may exhibit signs of separation anxiety and/or may have accidents in their new foster homes until they feel safe. Please let us know that you agree to understanding that there could be a transition period.

I understand that I must follow all protocols for fostering a dog, which includes: always having a collar on, keeping a leash on my foster dog at all times when in public, and using a crate for my foster dog when he/she is alone.

I acknowledge that I am committed to the care of a foster placed in my home which may require additional time, training support and work on behalf of myself and those in my home. Should I determine that I can no longer foster after working with Shy Club Rescue on any needed resources, I will allow for at least 2 weeks time for Shy Club Rescue to secure a new foster family. Please note, there are exceptions for emergencies.
