GET STARTED

As shelter volunteers, we are drawn to shy dogs who often struggle in the shelter environment, so we created a rescue to help them.

We have found that with a tailored program they can have extraordinary breakthroughs and find their families.

We are looking for founding member donors. Help us start saving shy dogs!

How to connect with a shy dog

How to connect with a shy dog
Shy dogs require a slow approach. We always suggest turning toward your side when moving towards them, and avoid reaching over their head.

Don’t overwhelm shy dogs by forcing interaction. Let them come to you — it may take time, but it’s worth the wait!

Join Shy Club to learn how you can help! Get updates on the dogs, helpful tips, early access to content, and invites to Shy Club meetups.
